Auto Film Coater
This equipment is used to automatically apply ink, paint, adhesive and emulsion resin to paper, film and metal, using a film applicator such as baker applicator, doctor blade, bar coater and film applicator equipped with a micrometer. This eliminates irregularities in application and differences among the operators.
Baker Type Applicator
The device is used to produce film of a uniform thickness. The blade itself is an eccentric bar. Match the right and left graduations with the guide line, and the desired film thickness will be available. Width: 75mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm Thickness: 0 ~ 10mil (0 ~ 0.254mm)
Doctor Blade
